As experienced senior leaders with years of experience improving schools we know how to successfully direct leaders to the right areas to ficus upon to improve their school.

We can also carry out CEO appraisals. It is considered good practice for boards to commission an external expert to appraise their CEO. To do this you need expertise in this post to understand the right level of challenge to add to appraisal targets.
